the other night we had dinner with our really good friends katie & james and their sweet little girl, felicity. we had lemon rosemary grilled chicken, fresh green beans (my fave!), a fruit salad (katie was so kind to include my current juicy cravings), baked sweet potatoes, and this banana pudding for dessert! after dinner and much laughing and catching up, we went inside and grabbed spoons and dug in! no need for individual bowls or servings, it was family style!
my current cravings are sweet potatoes, oranges, popsicles, broccoli, and this banana pudding. and something that i have craved, but have yet to eat because it kind of weirds me out, a sausage wrap with mustard.
here is my recipe if you get the fancy to make it:
ingredients:
bananas
box of vanilla wafers (i use an all natural brand, but you can use whatever you like!)
1 box of vanilla pudding
1 box of banana creme pudding
1 container of whipped cream (the frozen kind, it's the best!)
make the pudding according to the directions on the box. and then begin layering the ingredients. i usually do wafers, bananas, then pudding. over.and.over. and then on the very top add the whipped cream! (felicity's favorite part!)
